Aver Inc., a fast-growing health IT company creating software to "bundle" payments for medical procedures, has hired its first CFO from dissolved startup HealthSpot Inc.
Michele Kothe had been CFO since 2013 of the telemedicine company, which made private kiosks equipped with medical instruments for teleconferencing with a physician. She was honored as one of the 2015 CFOs of the year in Columbus Business First's C-suite awards in September. The Dublin company filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in January.
