Emergency Mobile Health Care (EMHC) has named Martin Willoughby Jr. as its new CEO.
EMHC was started in 1997 by Michael and Bette Arndt, who began the search for a new CEO in 2015. The Arndts will remain with the company as owners, but Willoughby will oversee day-to-day management and operations.
